The proposed action will provide life-saving and life-sustaining Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) assistance to the Azaz district in Northwest Syria, where WASH conditions and services are inadequate or absent.
The overall purpose of this study is to describe the situation of target communities before commencing implementation and after the implementation of the project and measure the project indicators at the baseline and end-line levels.
