Course 2: Project Management for Beginners

of project management, from planning to closure.

Course 3: Artificial Intelligence Tools for Project Lifecycle Management and Results-Oriented Management

This training utilizes a blend of lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises. Participants will use AI-powered tools to effectively design, plan, and monitor projects. Methodologies include:
– Interactive lectures
– AI tool demonstrations
– Case studies and group simulations
– Practical exercises with real-world datasets

– US$290 for international organizations (located in the country of origin)
