Introduction

Every organization, programme, and project operates in a unique context—therefore, every Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system must also be tailored to the specific needs, capacities, and goals of that organization or intervention. A well-designed MEAL system goes beyond tracking results; it ensures accountability to affected populations, supports adaptive management, enhances program quality, and promotes continuous learning.

Methodology

A participatory mixed-method approach will be used. The trainer will facilitate through lectures, discussions, group work, role plays, and case studies. Practical exercises will ensure real-life application. Daily evaluations will help refine subsequent sessions.
