– Notion AI: Draft project charters, stakeholder communication plans, and risk matrices.

Day 3 – Project Implementation and Resource Management

– Power BI Copilot: Generate live performance dashboards.
– Canva Magic Write: Design infographics and visual summaries.

Day 4 – Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Control
Focus: Enhance M&E processes using AI for data analytics, visualization, and prediction.

– Excel Copilot: Clean and analyze large datasets automatically.

Day 5 – End of Project Transition and Learning

Evaluation and Certification

Participants will be evaluated through:
