Introduction:
All contracts for EU funded external actions require the Recipient to exercise and implement adequate financial & Procurement management. Failure to have adequate internal control mechanism including asset management, documentation and filing and cash management may result in the Contracting Authority’s terminating the contract and recovering the amounts already paid but unreported. Same are the consequences of not having efficient procurement system giving best value for money.
This training is for conceptual clarity and practical understanding of EU financial & Procurement management & reporting requirements. All the important aspects of EU financial & Procurement management will be covered with adequate examples, checklists and reporting templets. It will also cover the contractual obligations and legal implications.
